Outfit
Outfit is a queer fashion podcast exploring the relationship between gender, presentation, sexuality, and our wardrobes. Hosted by James Ford, it features high profile guests like queer fashion designers, a fashion psychologist, and his dad.
James needed a logo and artwork that communicated directly to his audience. We worked together to create a logomark and portrait use as cover images wherever the podcast found a home.
Soon after release, Outfit was featured on iTune’s New & Noteworthy list, as well as garnering a highlight in Elle Canada.
INITITAL CONCEPTS
As you would assume of someone who wanted to start a fashion podcast, James already had a strong sense of style which he showcased on his social media platforms. Based in LA, he prefers button down shirts with playful patterns, board shorts, tailored pants and suits. I also wanted the logo to represent the devil-may-care confidence and attitude James carries himself with.
